With a long history and a great experience in the gastronomy world, Nandu Jubany arrived in 2012 at Sport Hotels Resort & Spa to amplify the gastronomy offer quality of our restaurants. You can find this famous chef, rewarded by different national and international prizes in 5 of our restaurants.
Among them, the Origen restaurant where you can taste the same menu as at his restaurant Can Jubany rewarded by a Michelin Star. Nandu Jubany is a chef characterizing by the equilibrium research between traditional cuisine and a modern and brilliant cuisine, an union between complexity and finesse.
Coming from a family dedicated to the Japanese cuisine, Hideki Matsuhisa develops this art since his childhood. In 1998, he moves to Barcelona where he decides to import the best flavors of the oriental cuisine.
Due to the accumulation of a lot of prestigious gastronomical rewards and through the innovation, the fusion and the presentation of his cuisine, he arrives at Sport Hotels Resort & Spa in 2014. The Koy Hermitage is a high Japanese gastronomy restaurant where are blending Mediterranean flavors with the best of the Japanese cuisine.
